Clifford started out by creating a one-man operation, 14 years ago providing services to customers in the Washington DC area. His idea was to provide a more effective, affordable solution for homeowners and businesses who were dealing with pests. He believed that by targeting the root of the problem and not just the symptoms, he could help people get rid of pests for good. Word of mouth quickly spread about Clifford’s unique approach to pest control, and the business started to grow. In order to keep up with demand, Clifford recruited some of his most experienced service technicians to join the team. Together, they developed a process that is tailored specifically to each customer’s needs, and gave birth to the BioTech System! Today, our company is proud to serve customers from Baltimore,MD to Washington,DC and surrounding areas.
